As a Clinical Director of Market Operations, you will play a critical role in leading our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Directly supervise and manage Clinical Directors within your assigned market
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Clinical Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of medical centers within your market
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Talent Development
    • Mentor and coach Clinical Directors to achieve their full potential
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Community Engagement
    • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
  • Minimum 2 years' clinical experience; 3 years preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
