We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Nurse Supervisor at Complete Care at Hyattsville LLC. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members on various aspects of patient care.
- Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current, Unencumbered Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
- Daily Pay Option.
- Health, dental, vision, and PTO for full-time employees.
