We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at DaVita. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a Registered Nurse. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional patient care and support, and contribute to the success of our dialysis center.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD)
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associate or Bachelor in Nursing
  • Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and make sound recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy to listen and communicate with patients and teammates
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency
