Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to join our team at Direct Line Global.

Job Summary:

The Safety Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring a safe working environment by developing and implementing safety-related programs that meet company safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the administration of project/company accident prevention efforts.
  2. Develop and facilitate appropriate training programs.
  3. Conduct work area assessments.
  4. Implement safety-related programs that meet company safety standards.
  5. Perform and document jobsite inspections and audits with a focus on hazard recognition and unsafe behaviors.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in construction safety experience.
  • OSHA 30 Construction required.
  • Experience with union workforce desired.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
