Key Responsibilities
- Address Customer Inquiries
- Respond promptly to customer phone calls and emails.
- Provide detailed information about insurance policies and coverage options.
- Process Policy Updates
- Update customer policy information accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer coverage and provide proof of insurance documents.
- Resolve Customer Complaints
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and respond thoughtfully.
- Offer suitable solutions and alternatives to resolve customer complaints.
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Certifications and Licenses
- Active NY insurance license necessary.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
Salary Range
$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
