Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Construction Inspector 2 to join our team. As a key member of our civil infrastructure team, you'll conduct observations of construction progress, document findings, and collaborate with project managers and field representatives. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the quality of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct and document observations of construction progress for civil projects related to roads, bridges, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field representatives to ensure project goals are met.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies or conflicts.
  • Provide guidance and support to less-experienced field staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical school or associate degree.
  • Relevant industry certification.
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules.
