Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensure that resident is neat, clean and properly clothed. Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene and grooming needs.
- Tidy apartment, proactively assessing potential safety concerns and reporting appropriately.
- Reminds residents to take medication.
- Encourage residents to take part in meal time.
- Provide one on one support when needed to engage residents in activities or providing a quiet space to calm residents when needed.
- Apply a "5 Star" customer service approach and commitment in all aspects of job with an emphasis on continued improvement.
