We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to enhance our culinary team. This position involves comprehensive, hands-on serving responsibilities within our community.

Key Responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:
  • Consistently uphold community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
  • Ensure adherence to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards at all times.
  • Maintain dining room aesthetics and presentation standards consistently.
  • Set tables and keep workstations organized. Take orders, provide service, and fulfill requests courteously and graciously. Address any inquiries regarding menu items.
  • Deliver service to customers with proper etiquette, fostering an inviting dining atmosphere.
Qualifications Required:
  • Completion of at least the sophomore year of high school.
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors is preferred.
Some roles within the community may require inquiries regarding vaccination status, including MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, etc.
