Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders
  • Ensure that current and future quality and manufacturing systems meet and/or exceed customer and regulatory requirements
  • Understand the customer business, including new programs, product transitions, and technology trends
  • Review and promote improvement in customer metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with the department, team members, and stakeholders
  • Support the globalization of business through leading and coordinating the standardization of systems, procedures, and policies
  • Provide regular updates to the Cloud Sector leadership staff on the execution of the strategy
  • Assume the Quality conscience of the team in all aspects of the business
  • Develop an understanding of the work cell business strategy as it pertains to Quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 15 years of experience in a manufacturing operations quality environment, including 8 years in a supervisory role
  • Background and comprehensive knowledge of Rack and Server manufacturing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality with experience in PPAP/FAIR, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP/AQP, GRR, and GD&T
  • Proven Lean implementation experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and managing continuous productivity and cost reduction programs
