We are seeking a Medical Quality Systems Specialist to work in our Florence, KY facilities, which are experiencing growth to support the manufacturing of servers. This role will focus on improving systems and training on quality tools for indirect employees within the Quality and Engineering functions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of Quality Engineer/Program Management experience in a related industry or field. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preventing/mmitigating potential risks proactively and leading corrective/preventive actions when issues occur.
  • Training all new Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers on Jabil systems and processes.
  • Creating LPA level 2 and 3 schedules and reporting to management on the health of the system.
  • Conducting yearly Quality Baseline assessments and leading efforts to improve scores to management-defined targets each year.
  • Capturing and communicating best practices and lessons learned within CVG facilities and overall within Jabil.
  • Reviewing current Quality systems and working with local IT or global quality teams to improve them.
  • Developing plans to automate or remove manual inspection without negatively impacting quality performance.
  • Providing technical support on quality issues with customers.
  • Supporting weekly customer quality meetings.
  • Assisting in developing Monthly Operations Review and Quality Business Review presentations.
  • Adhering to all safety, health, and security policies and procedures.
  • Conducting continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
