Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, as well as national board certification as a Primary/Family Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care in a pediatric ambulatory setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, meeting acute care compliance standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge and skills through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • National board certification as a Primary/Family Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • BLS certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
