Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Position Overview:

At Russell Investments, we are dedicated to enhancing financial security for individuals. As a member of our US Advisor and Intermediary Services (AIS) National Internal Sales & Services team, you will be part of a committed and supportive group that values the impact of our work on clients and investors. In the role of PMA Services Associate, you will facilitate the ongoing partnership between Russell Investments, various financial sponsor firms, and our platform provider concerning the Personalized Managed Accounts (PMA) program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication among Russell Investments, our platform provider, and various sponsors.
  • Resolve issues arising between our platform provider, Russell Investments, and sponsors.
  • Execute corporate action elections as instructed.
  • Assist Russell Investments' sales team and/or advisors with client onboarding tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Reviewing client documentation for completeness.
    • Addressing discrepancies in documentation and/or data.
    • Monitoring the PMA Services inbox regularly.
  • Develop and update onboarding and maintenance forms.
  • Engage in proactive communication (via phone and email) with financial advisors to support the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts.
  • Track opened and pending accounts diligently.
  • Maintain and organize documents related to onboarded client accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between the portfolio trading team and our sales team and/or clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment management, custody, or fund administration preferred.
  • Licenses are not mandatory, but we are open to sponsoring Series 7 and 66 if performance standards are met.
  • Knowledge of Separately Managed Accounts is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the financial industry is beneficial.
  • Experience in an operational role involving account openings, transactions, etc., is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively, with a structured decision-making process.
  • Evaluate issues through systems thinking, recognizing downstream effects and future implications to prioritize solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Ensure that the client's perspective is a key consideration in decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to changing requirements.
