Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to increase awareness and understanding of Child & Family Resources' services among diverse populations.
  • Education and Outreach: Provide education and outreach services to communities, including presentations, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and government agencies to promote the organization's mission and services.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Track and report on community engagement activities, outcomes, and feedback to program management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, public relations, early childhood education, marketing, social work) preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or a related field.
  • Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
