Job Summary:Child & Family Resources is seeking a highly motivated and community-focused Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with diverse communities, providing education and outreach services, and promoting the organization's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Community Engagement: Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to increase awareness and understanding of Child & Family Resources' services among diverse populations.
- Education and Outreach: Provide education and outreach services to communities, including presentations, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and government agencies to promote the organization's mission and services.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Track and report on community engagement activities, outcomes, and feedback to program management and stakeholders.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, public relations, early childhood education, marketing, social work) preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or a related field.
- Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
