Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to assist our dental providers in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Dental Assistant I, you will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, assisting with dental treatments, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for dental procedures by taking vital signs, reviewing medical histories, and explaining treatment options.
  • Assist dental providers with procedures, including restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting and documentation.
  • Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures are followed in all clinic areas.
  • Participate in scheduling appointments and registering patients in our electronic health record system.

Requirements:

  • Valid Washington State license to practice as a dental assistant.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dental assisting education or experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
