As a Dental Assistant, your responsibilities will include greeting guests with a smile, preparing and educating guests before Dr. exams, assisting dentists with procedures, sterilizing instruments, and performing X-rays and charting treatment plans. You'll also have the opportunity to work collectively as a team to provide the best quality guest care.
We offer a range of benefits, including a monthly bonus potential, $500 sign-on bonus, medical insurance, discounted dental benefits, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability, life insurance, accident coverage, paid holidays, paid time off, CPR recertification, 401K, and an employee scholarship program.
Our ideal candidate will have an active Registered Dental Assistant License, current CPR certification, and a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
