The Construction Superintendent will oversee the entire renovation process for both residential and commercial projects. This role includes managing contractors and internal teams, ensuring the highest quality of work is maintained throughout each project.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years in construction project management, particularly in renovation projects.
- Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding local regulations regarding construction and permitting.
- Technical Abilities: Competent in measuring spaces accurately for various installations.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with design professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel and Word, with a quick aptitude for learning new software.
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; some college education is preferred.
- Leadership: Capable of guiding and mentoring a team of internal project managers.
- Bilingual: Spanish language skills are preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Certifications: PMP certification and 20/20 technical skills are advantageous.
