Job Summary

Restoration XP Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration of residential and commercial properties following a flood, fire, or other property damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients, staff, contractors, and adjusters to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of projects
  • Prepare budgets and work timetables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Interpret and negotiate work order contracts and technical information with sub-contractors and other professionals
  • Report on work progress and budget matters to clients and management
  • Build relationships with quality sub-contractors and insurance adjusters
  • Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite
  • Respond to after-hour emergency losses
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Comply with building and safety codes, and other state and local regulations
Requirements
  • Experience in the property restoration industry
  • Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects
  • Emphasis on residential and commercial construction
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PSA Xactimate experience a plus
  • Good work attitude, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Valid Texas driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to lift over 50 pounds and endure seasonal temperatures
  • On-call availability during emergency or disaster situations
