Job Overview

Salary Range

$131,300.00 - $237,350.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business success by defining and setting objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Manage daily internal operations and functions to foster efficiency and accountability.
  • Build strategic partnerships with Division P&L leaders and functional teams to enhance collaboration and performance.
  • Execute strategy plans that drive initiatives forward.
  • Lead communications initiatives to convey key messages effectively.
  • Support executive leadership in creating impactful presentations and communications.
  • Oversee projects aligned with Business Area and Sector priorities.
  • Address challenges affecting programs within the Fed Civ IT Business Area.
  • Contribute to program execution reviews and proposal development.
Requirements
  • Experienced leader with a proven track record in personnel leadership, collaboration, executive communication, and relationship-building.
  • Significant experience in successful contract and program management, with a history of leading teams or projects to success.
  • Deep understanding of the government contracting industry.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 13+ years of experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Functional experience in Business Development, Finance, or Contracts.
  • Proven success in leading program execution functions, ensuring outstanding delivery of products and services.
