About the Role:

As a Clinical Director at United Surgical Partners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our surgical center. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality patient care and safety standards.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of our facility, including budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and physicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, including ISO and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our clinical team, including training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Clear and active nursing license for the state of Arizona.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems, including patient management software.
