Job Title: Inside Sales Support

Yanow, Inc. is a leading manufacturers' representative serving the electrical construction industry. We are seeking a career-driven individual to join our inside sales team in an administrative support capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service support and sales department assistance
  • Manage inventory and process orders, returns, and expediting
  • Maintain document management and generate reports
  • Offer backup phone support and perform general office tasks
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with reliability
  • Previous experience in the electrical industry is a plus
