Overview

Job Description

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive retention and growth, and improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.


Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Policy Reviews and Recommendations: Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Sales and Marketing: Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Insurance Sales or Account Management Experience: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Sales Conversations: Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
