This position supports a hybrid work model, allowing for three days in the office and two days of remote work. Depending on your location, a generous relocation package may be available.

Qualifications:

We do not provide sponsorship for work authorization in the U.S. for this role.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or a management/business degree.
  • Over 10 years of specific experience in Project Management within Utility Transmission projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the electric utility sector (engineering, construction, planning, etc.).
  • Experience acting as a liaison between the firm and clients in a support or leadership capacity.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Valued but Not Required Skills and Experience:

  • Engineering design experience is advantageous.
  • PMP Certification is beneficial.
  • Experience in construction and start-up phases is a plus.
