POSITION SUMMARY

This role encompasses comprehensive program oversight, including contractual outcomes, leadership, clinical operations, training, financial management, electronic health records (EHR), workplace safety, and adherence to policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise direct services to ensure high-quality care and adherence to professional standards.
  • Oversee accurate data collection and reporting, ensuring thorough peer review and monitoring of client records.
  • Ensure timely documentation by staff, meeting minimum requirements for billable services as per contractual obligations.
  • Manage billing expectations and deliverables, maintaining financial integrity through monthly budget reviews.

  • Facilitate the recruitment and retention of qualified personnel, providing regular supervision, constructive feedback, and ongoing support.
  • Act as a liaison with funding agencies and participate in community meetings and committees.
  • Uphold client confidentiality in all aspects of care.
  • Organize and document program meetings, including agendas and attendance.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science with a valid/current BBS license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) and two years of supervisory experience in a treatment program or similar setting, or
  • SUD Certified with a Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or a related field and two years of supervisory experience in a treatment program or similar setting.

Additional requirements include a valid driver's license and current auto insurance as per contract specifications. Experience in providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services is preferred. Cultural competency is essential, with bilingual skills being a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR software is also preferred.
