Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in community health nursing.
Requirements
  • Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program, preferred.
  • One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
  • One year of home health care experience, preferred.
  • Management experience not required, but direct supervisory experience of Licensed Vocational Nurses and Nurse Aides/Assistants, preferred.
  • Possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
  • Working knowledge of OASIS documentation requirements, preferred.
  • Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, basic math skills, and nursing skills per competency checklist.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
