Progressive Care Clinical Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Healthcare of San Antonio. As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and coordinate all functions in the unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree.
