Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Chiller Mechanic to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their facilities are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level service and maintenance for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, with a focus on air-cooled and water-cooled machines.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their facility's unique requirements.
  • Develop and implement recommendations for system upgrades and improvements, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, with a strong background in mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and applying new skills and knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols, with a focus on minimizing risk and ensuring a safe working environment.
