Job Title: Night and Weekend Lead

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Chiller Mechanic to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets, with a strong background in Chiller maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Level 1 technical support and assisting with technical development for team members
  • Ensuring work is performed in compliance with state, local, and Federal legal requirements
  • Executing contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, and service requests
  • Recommending necessary upgrades or repairs to prolong equipment life cycle
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers
  • Providing quote estimates for labor and material repairs and upgrades
  • Coaching and mentoring other HVAC Mechanics in quoting
  • Representing the company as the direct customer contact and servicing products and equipment on assigned projects
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems

The successful candidate will have experience with cutting-edge software and technology, as well as a variety of hand-tools and rigging equipment. They will also be required to work as part of a team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service to all customers, which may require flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires.
