We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager for Human Capital Development to join our team at Genovice. This is a remote position.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Product Manager for Human Capital Development role is to drive the development and success of software products by defining their vision, strategy, and roadmap. The Product Manager works cross-functionally to define requirements, prioritize features, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure that products meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities / Deliverables:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (engineering, lines of business, data, compliance, PMO) to define clear product requirements.
  • Define requirements leveraging Agile constructs (epics/features/stories)
  • Mitigate risk by planning and implementing discovery
  • Prioritize features and tasks based on impact and resources.
  • Drive the development process, ensuring timely and successful product releases.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Monitor key product metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products

Technical Knowledge and Understanding:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, curious, hands-on
  • Strong understanding of software development, SaaS solutions, integrations and cloud hosting

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer competitive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Experience:

  • 5+ years working in Agile development model
  • 3+ years software product management
  • Experience with Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) methodologies a plus
  • Insurance or banking industry experience preferred
