Job Description

As a Traveling Construction Manager, you will primarily travel across the Southeast, with a preference for Nashville-based candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to provide full on-site oversight of projects, effectively coordinating internal teams for smooth operations. You will communicate clearly and foster strong relationships with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. You will work collaboratively with team members, actively contributing alongside them. You will participate in hiring and mentoring new team members and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure job site.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 6+ years of commercial construction experience, strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems. You will have completed residential projects greater than $5M and be efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook.
