Front Desk Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crescent Hotels and Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling reservations and check-in/check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Handle front desk operations, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient front desk operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
