**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems.
- Repair and replace parts as needed to ensure optimal system performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturers' instructions.
