ManTech is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in the Aurora, CO or Chantilly, VA areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities
  • Develop applications, including configuration, report development, and data migration, where applicable
  • Identify and implement best-practice solutions to address client requirements
  • Perform custom development and 3rd party integrations
  • Perform unit-testing and resolve code defects
  • Migrate code changes to the production environment
  • Assist with technical design and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 4 additional years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project
  • Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)
  • Possess a current DoD Approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security+ CE)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
  • Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to the customer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group setting
  • Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow-up skills
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • TS/SCI w/Poly
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Must be able to see and detect information on a computer screen

The projected compensation range for this position is $109,100-$181,100.

There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
