As a Behavioral Care Advocate, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assessing and triaging member calls to determine the level of care needed
  • Coordinating benefits and transitions between various areas of care
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to treatment plans and consulting with facility staff
  • Managing inpatient mental health cases throughout the treatment plan

Requirements:

  • Independent, licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling
  • Residence and licenses must be independent, active, and unrestricted in the State of Arizona
  • 2+ years of post-master's experience in a related mental health environment
  • Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Inpatient experience
  • Dual diagnosis experience with mental health and substance abuse
