Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide prompt and professional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teller Functions: Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances, while maintaining accurate records and balancing daily transactions.
  • Account Management: Open and close accounts, process changes to existing accounts, and ensure that all members are informed of Credit Union services and policies.
  • Communication: Represent the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions with members are positive and respectful.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of related experience in a banking or financial institution.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of Credit Union operations, and ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment.
