Recreation Attendant

The Recreation Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our pool and resort facilities. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with guests of all ages, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Facilitate activities and events that promote a fun and engaging atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, or pull moderate amounts of weight.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods outside.
  • Availability to work a minimum of two full days per week.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $22.13.
  • A 90-day probationary rate of $18.81.
