The Dining Service Support Specialist plays a crucial role in fulfilling our mission by providing an outstanding dining experience. This role reports directly to the Dining Manager or their designated representative.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or healthcare environment is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with residents, families, guests, and team members.
- Capacity to maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Clarifies assigned tasks before commencing work.
- Handles conflicts effectively without emotional escalation.
- Demonstrates a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Organizes and prioritizes tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Aims for minimal errors and omissions in work.
- Offers assistance to colleagues when necessary.
- Adheres to job requirements consistently.
- Regularly attends work as scheduled and is punctual.
