Position Overview
KKCS is seeking a seasoned operations executive to join our team as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This pivotal leadership position will be based in our corporate office.
The COO will collaborate closely with the CEO to shape the company's vision and contribute to strategic planning. This role is crucial for executing strategies that ensure organizational success while overseeing daily operations with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision and Strategy: Advocate for the company's mission and values, contribute to strategic planning, and drive growth initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient daily operations, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of integrity and teamwork.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aligning company offerings with their needs.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, promoting professional development.
- Risk Management: Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Technology Integration: Assess and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Goal Setting and Decision Making: Establish measurable goals and KPIs, making informed decisions based on data.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a minimum of 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a consulting environment. A strong background in consulting engineering and infrastructure projects is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.
