The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and directing all operations related to building maintenance and engineering services.


COMPENSATION:

The salary for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000, contingent upon various factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and market conditions.

This figure represents Aramark's reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.


Upon hiring, the employee will be considered 'at-will,' allowing Aramark to adjust the base salary and other compensation programs at any time for various reasons, including individual performance and market trends.

  • Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards in operations.
Client Engagement

  • Identifies client needs and communicates operational updates.
  • Models exemplary customer service as a standard practice.
Financial Management

  • Oversees the completion and maintenance of financial statements.
  • Aims to meet financial targets set by clients and the company.
  • Adopts Aramark's processes and systems, understanding performance metrics and trends to educate teams on improving profitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance.

  • Strong multitasking abilities are essential.
