COMPENSATION:

The salary for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000, contingent upon various factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and market conditions.

This figure represents Aramark's reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.


Upon hiring, the employee will be considered 'at-will,' allowing Aramark to adjust the base salary and other compensation programs at any time for various reasons, including individual performance and market trends.

Leadership

  • Utilizes Aramark's coaching framework to engage and develop team members effectively.

  • Maintains safety standards across all operations.
  • Regularly oversees the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent.

  • Implements facility maintenance and upkeep according to established guidelines.
  • Mentors and engages teams to enhance their contributions, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
  • Coaches employees by establishing a mutual understanding of goals and methods.
  • Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards in operations.
Client Engagement

  • Identifies client needs and communicates operational updates.
  • Models exemplary customer service as a standard practice.
Financial Management

  • Oversees the completion and maintenance of financial statements.
  • Aims to meet financial targets set by clients and the company.
  • Adopts Aramark's processes and systems, understanding performance metrics and trends to educate teams on improving profitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

  • Strong multitasking abilities are essential.
