Sales Representative

As a Sales Specialist at Kalos Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, you will work closely with our Practice Administrator to learn both administrative and patient care duties for the office and our clients. You will gain in-depth knowledge about the benefits of procedures patients inquire about and the tasks required to run the office on a day-to-day basis. Primarily in this position, you will follow leads, answer phone inquiries, and be responsible for signing up patients for procedures. You will help respond to new patient leads by email, phone, and even social media. You will also learn to perform administrative tasks in the practice, including taking payments, scheduling appointments and surgery, and understanding the needs of the patients as they continue within the practice. Excellent phone and luxury-style customer service skills are imperative. You will also complete other administrative duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads and respond to patient inquiries

• Sign up patients for procedures and schedule appointments

• Perform administrative tasks, including taking payments and understanding patient needs

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries

Requirements:

• Outgoing and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and be detail-oriented

• 1-3 years of sales experience a plus
