Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discussions with clients to clarify project goals and requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments and oversee the creation of as-built and record drawings.
  • Merge engineering components into unified architectural designs.
  • Supervise the development of comprehensive drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
  • Manage construction contracts and perform site inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Oversee project proposals, work plans, staffing, and resource distribution.
  • Offer technical support and address project-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications:
