Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Architect to join our team. As a Staff Architect, you will be responsible for conceiving, designing, and preparing working drawings for new or modified structures. You will also perform a variety of complicated problem-solving tasks and be responsible for daily supervision of design and technical development of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceive, design, and prepare working drawings for new or modified structures.
  • Perform a variety of complicated problem-solving tasks.
  • Responsible for daily supervision of design and technical development of projects.
  • Prepare project budget scenarios and track hours spent on projects.
  • Prepare suggestions for staffing requirements and production to keep project performance on track.
  • Define productivity and profit goals for each assigned project.
  • Work directly with project managers in the conceptual development of project assignments.
  • Develop effective client relationships in bringing projects to fruition.
  • Keep design support teams productive and efficient.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 4 years related experience (completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in REVIT.
  • Demonstrated progress toward becoming a Registered Architect.
