Job Overview
Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach nursing courses on a part-time, temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student learning, and contributing to the development of the nursing program.

Responsibilities
  • Teach nursing courses to students in a variety of settings, including classroom and clinical environments.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students.
  • Contribute to the development of the nursing program, including curriculum design and revision.
  • Participate in departmental and institutional committees as assigned.

Requirements
  • Current unencumbered license as a registered nurse in New Mexico or a compact state.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience as an RN in an acute care or long-term-care setting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Working Conditions
The work environment is a non-smoking environment. Adjunct faculty positions are part-time, temporary assignments based on the needs of the University.
