We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Client Support Professional to join our team at Stifel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by assisting with account opening and maintenance, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless customer service experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Financial Advisors with client account opening and maintenance, including obtaining required documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties, such as word processing, preparing mailings, filing, and answering phone calls.
  • Provide overall customer support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify situations that require escalation to Financial Advisors or Branch Managers, such as suspicious activity or behavior.
  • Perform various other administrative tasks, including typing, filing, and mailing documents, as assigned by Financial Advisors and/or Branch Managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience may be considered.
  • Administrative knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
