Responsibilities:
Proficient in both single and rack systems, with experience in display cases and walk-in coolers.
Must possess a clean driving record and the ability to work autonomously.
Availability for emergency on-call duty is essential.
Must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. unassisted and able to sit or stand for extended periods.
Deliver exceptional service to our clientele by repairing and overhauling equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical and mechanical control devices, in a safe,

efficient,

and

timely manner that surpasses customer expectations.
Conduct general repair work on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems, such as air conditioning units, evaporative condensers, ice machines, gas furnaces,

compressors,

and electric motors safely and promptly.

Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operational deficiencies to ensure quality service delivery.

Test malfunctioning systems and components utilizing electrical and mechanical expertise.
Maintain accurate corporate and personal records of work history.
Support the department by processing job tickets and work orders efficiently.
Assist with the pickup, delivery, and installation of equipment.
Engage in minor construction and remodeling tasks, including the startup of new installations.
Operate company vehicles safely.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED

EPA certification

.
Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school is advantageous
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration is required.
Experience with refrigeration systems in convenience stores or supermarkets is highly desirable.
