Position Details:
The HVAC Technician Instructor will be responsible for delivering a well-defined curriculum to students in a professional manner. This role includes grading assignments, maintaining attendance records, and fostering an effective learning environment through proper classroom management.
Working Schedule:
Full-Time (4 days per week)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Day Classes: 9 am - 2 pm
Evening Classes: 5 pm - 10 pm
Fridays off.
Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $30.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree or completion of a relevant certificate program in HVAC or a related discipline
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with a degree or 5 years without a degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver the established curriculum and lesson plans to students in a professional manner
- Address student inquiries to ensure comprehension and mastery of the material
- Educate students on safety protocols and monitor adherence to correct procedures
