Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute treatment, and chronic illness management for patients of all ages.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and support educational initiatives.
- Contribute to a work culture that is responsive to the diverse needs of staff and clients, aligning with our mission.
- Adhere to established clinical standards and evidence-based practices.
- Respond to medical emergencies and follow established protocols within the assigned facility.
- Consult with physician partners and refer patients with complex health issues to specialized care as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Electronic Health Records (EHR) and ensure timely documentation as per clinical guidelines.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality in accordance with Health Center policies, Joint Commission standards, and HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and collaborative projects aimed at quality improvement.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant students as agreed with the Clinical Director.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, as approved by the Clinical Director.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or related setting.
- Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in Massachusetts.
- Ability to provide care to patients across all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics.
- Compliance with the Health Center's vaccination requirements, including the latest COVID-19 booster and annual flu vaccine.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $105,000-$115,000 for full-time positions.
- Eligibility for the HRSA Loan Repayment Program.
- Health insurance plans available from the first day of employment, with the employer covering 80% of premiums.

Patient Demographics:
- Care for neonates (under 1 month).
- Services for pediatric patients (1 month to 12 years).
- Support for adolescents.
