About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of plasma donations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen donors for eligibility and perform venipuncture to collect plasma.
  • Monitor donors during the donation process and manage any adverse reactions.
  • Operate plasmapheresis equipment and perform troubleshooting as needed.
  • Stock supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Enter donor information into the Donor Information System and coordinate donor flow.
  • Support the center management team in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical setting.
