About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma donation centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet donors and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment to collect high-quality plasma.
- Monitor donors during the donation process and respond to any adverse reactions.
- Stock supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Enter donor information into our electronic system and coordinate donor flow.
- Support the center management team in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and stand for long periods.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
