Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced Orthopedics Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As an Orthopedics Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of orthopedic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct thorough physical exams and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by state law and hospital policy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopedic care and best practices

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Orthopedics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orthopedics Nurse Practitioner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
