Cake Decorator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team of talented cake artists at Baskin Robbins. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning cakes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process cake orders from customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage cake and icing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Decorate cakes according to design standards, using creativity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly working relationship with guests, team members, and leadership.
  • Stock and maintain product displays according to quality and merchandising standards.
  • Potential for working in other areas of the restaurant, including customer service and sales.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience as a cake decorator.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
